NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 06-34, proposing a Parcel Map to divide 4.9+/- acres into 3 parcels. The project applicants are Robert and Donna Ellis. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-108. The project is located at 756 Clover Valley Road, Upper Lake, CA, and further described as APN 004-068-15. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing.
