NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application AM 07-03 and CE 07-110 proposing amendments to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance pertaining to telecommunications facilities, including Cellular towers. The project applicant is the County of Lake. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the draft ordinance and to consider finding it be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act during a public hearing prior, to making a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Lake County Courthouse on January 24, 2008 at 9:30 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. The staff report and draft ordinance will be available for review10 days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport.
