NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Department will consider approving MINOR MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PARCEL MAP MMM 07-04 to allow the enlargement of a building envelope for the construction of a single-family home. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., January 22, 2008. NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 06-63) based on Initial Study 06-106 for John and Joanne Van Eck in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a commercial stable, riding academy and clubhouse facility. The property is located at 4965 Steelhead Drive, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 008-018-15. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days prior to the hearing.
