      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 07-48 of Susan A. Cannon in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a 15,400 square foot covered equestrian arena for personal use.  The property is located at 2805 Scotts Creek Road, Lakeport, CA and further described as APN 005-026-34. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 06-08, proposing a Parcel Map to divide 4.5 acres into two lots, 3.86 and .56 acres in size.  The project applicant is Jay Holden. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-31.  The project is located at 3810 & 3815 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, CA, and further described as APN’s 029-231-62, -63.
