      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., November 30, 2007.  Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on December 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3^rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
