NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission denial of (PL-25-71) as described below, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to property owners of parcels in Lake County with the “SOS” Substandard Older Subdivision overlay, located in Nice, Lucerne, Clearlake Oaks, and Cobb.
