The County of Lake Redevelopment Agency is considering utilizing Redevelopment Agency Housing Account #1567 funds to undertake a project known as Eskaton Clearlake (Oaks) Manor Land Acquisition, for the purpose of acquisition of one parcel at 75 Lake Street, Clearlake Oaks (Assessors Parcel Number 035-231-49) to be developed with up to 23 senior housing units utilizing HUD 202 Program Funds and State Home Funds. This project is par tially located within the X (0.2% annual chance) flood zone identified on the Federal Insurance Rate Map, Panel No. 06033C0543D dated September 30, 2005. The Lake County Community Development Department is conducting an environmental review to determine if there are any practical alternatives to locating the project partially within the flood zone, and to identify potential adverse impacts that may result from this project, as well as mitigation measures that may be necessary. Written comments regarding this issue should be submitted within 15 days of publication in order to be considered in the decision process. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 07-40 in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback from the top of bank on Kelsey Creek by 25 feet from 30 to 5 for the purpose of constructing a miniature golf course in addition to the importation of 4000 yards of dirt to fill abandoned stock ponds.
