NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on RZ 07-07, proposing a rezone from “R2” to “R1” required as a condition of an approved Tentative Parcel Map (PM 06-11).  The project applicants are Niels Holgerson and Charlotte Baylor.  The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-42.  The project is located at 5555 Live Oak Drive, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 008-710-45. The previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration is available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.  The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Brian Horn who may be reached at (707) 263- 2221.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on November 8, 2007 at 9:30 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.  If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
