NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on RZ 07-07, proposing a rezone from “R2” to “R1” required as a condition of an approved Tentative Parcel Map (PM 06-11). The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-42.
