NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PMX 07-10, proposing a two-year extension of time for an approved tentative Parcel Map (PM 05-01). The project applicant is The Money Brokers. The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-05. The project is located at 3757 Johnson Court, Lakeport and further described APN 028-121-38. The staff report will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 07-12 proposing a general plan amendment of a parcel from Suburban Residential Reserve and Suburban Residential to Public Facilities and Rural Residential. The project applicant is Sutter Lakeside Hospital Wellness Campus. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a subsequent Negative Declaration for this amendment based on Initial Study IS 06-76.
