NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-18 proposing a major use permit for the operation of a Charter School for a maximum 120 students. The project applicant is Lake County International Charter School. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-62. The project is located at 15872 and 15850 Armstrong Street, Middletown, CA and further described as APN 024-391-02 and 024-392-11.
