NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on VARIANCE PERMIT 07-08 of Herbert Johnson to allow for a granny unit that is detached from the principal dwelling on property located at 6775 Floyd Way, Nice and further described as APN 031-173-63. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold public hearings to consider applications GPC 08-03, GR 08-03, and GPC 08-04, GR 08-04 proposing to construct two solar power generation facilities at the Northwest Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant to power the County Jail and NW Wastewater Treatment Plant, respectively. The Project applicant is SunPower Inc. The projects are located at 4717, 5753 and 5965 Hill Road, Lakeport and further described as APN’s 003-046-30, 30, 31, 68 & 70.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of Mitigated Negative Declarations for the grading permits based on Initial Studies IS 07-78, and IS 07-77, respectively. The proposed mitigated negative declarations will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearings and the staff reports will be available ten (10) before the hearing.
