NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-22 proposing a major use permit for Brassfield Large Reservoir Project. The project applicant is Jerry Brassfield. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-70. The project is located at 11700 Warrens Way, Clearlake Oaks, CA and further described as APN 006-007-35.
