James Brownell: Minor use permit, grading permit for road to access future home

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Use Permit (MUP 11-07) and associated Grading Permit (GR 11-023) to build a road (driveway) that will access a future home at 7426 Harrington Flat, Loch Lomond (APN 115-018-13).


The project applicant is James Brownell.


The proposed project plans are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.


If you have concerns with the grading, or are aware of site conditions that may not be readily evident, please submit your comments in writing to Will Evans at the address listed above or This email address is being protected from spambots. The Zoning Administrator will approve this permit with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., November 23, 2011.


Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 30, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-09 requesting a five year time extension for an existing billboard sign. The project applicant is La Monica Signs.


The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 96-08.


The project is located at 255 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, APN 008-019-64.


The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.
