NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR MODIFICATION

TO AN APPROVED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED MINOR USE PERMIT MMU 11-04 to expand the land application area for treated wastewater from 4.5 acres to 30 acres. The project applicant is Myron Holdenried.


The project is located at 3495 & 3645 Benson Lane, Kelseyville, CA, APNs 008-025-21 & 008-026-21.


The Zoning Administrator will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 05-53.


The previously approved mitigated negative declaration, all documents referenced in it and the proposed conditions of approval are available for review in the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., November 9, 2011.


Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 16, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has posted Public Notice SPK-2011-00084 to http://www.spk.usace.army.mil/regulatory.html.


Lake County Department of Water Resources, Carolyn Ruttan has applied for a permit to place dredged or fill material and/or work in approximately 0.20 acre of waters of the United States to remove 85 Hydrilla tubers within 1800 feet of the Clear Lake Shoreline.


This project is located on Section 33, Township 15 North, Range 8 West, Lake County, California.
