and the Lake County Weed Management Area
Please be advised that we have attempted to reach the owners of record for the following parcels requesting Right of Entry.
Having been notified via mail at last known address and having not received a timely response, please be advised that it is the intent of the West Lake Resource Conservation District and the Lake County Weed Management Area to begin work (to include non-invasive weed abatement of such pest items as Spanish Broom and Arundo donax) no sooner than 10-business days following the publication of this legal notice on the following parcels recorded with the County of Lake, in the State of California:

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 11-04 of AG Unlimited Lake County Farm Supply in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an agricultural supply store including outdoor storage located at 2582 Argonaut Rd., Finley, APN 008-035-87.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 22, 2011 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
