NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 10-04 proposing a Parcel Map to divide 104.7 acres into two parcels.


The project applicant is George Allen.


The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 10-35.


The project is located at 2012 & 2225 Clover Valley Road, Upper Lake, CA, APN 004-007-27, 31 & 32.


The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on consideration of a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 11-11 and General Plan Conformity Report GPC 11-09 for the addition of a center turning lane, construction of Class II bicycle lanes, underground utility lines, and improvement of utility infrastructure on South Main Street and Soda Bay Road.


The project applicant is the County of Lake, Public Works Department.


The project area consists of a 0.5-mile segment of South Main Street, from the Lakeport city limits to the State Route (SR) 175 extension, and a 0.75-mile segment of Soda Bay Road extending south from SR 175 to approximately 0.1 mile west of Manning Creek, in the South Lakeport area.


The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, 20 days prior to the hearing.


The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
