PUBLIC NOTICE


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on May 26, 2011, at Clearlake City Hall, City Council chambers, 14050 Olympic Dr., Clearlake, CA to consider an Appeal Application of the City of Clearlake Planning Commission’s decision of denial for the project described below:


A proposed Variance to allow continued construction of a detached structure with loft within the 5 foot side yard setback. The project is located at 14708 Palmer Ave. The Assessor Parcel Number is 040-192-220. The applicant is Rebecca Whitmire.

 

 

You are invited to come to the City of Clearlake Council Meeting to ask questions or comment on the project. Information on the project is available at City Hall for review at the Community Development Department. Written comments may be submitted to the City Administrator on or before the meeting.
