NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Use Permit (MUP 11-07) and associated Grading Permit (GR 11-023) to build a road (driveway) that will access a future home at 7426 Harrington Flat, Loch Lomond (APN 115-018-13).
The project applicant is James Brownell.
The proposed project plans are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this permit with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., November 23, 2011.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 30, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
