NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 11-19 of Jesse Alonso in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a six foot high fence consisting of concrete pillars with wrought iron fencing material between the pillars within the required front yard area on property located at 1055 Oak Park Way, Lakeport, APN# 005-055-15.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., November 21, 2011.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on December 7, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
