SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2967
On January 10, 2012, the Board of Supervisors passed Ordinance No. 2943, amending Section 21-3.7 of Chapter 21 of the Ordinance Code of the County of Lake by adopting a Sectional District Zoning Map No. 3.7(b)1.384 rezoning a portion of the lands of Westgate Petroleum. The zoning of these lands was changed from “C3-DR-FF-AA”, Service Commercial-Design Review-Floodway Fringe-Airport Approach and “A-SC-AA” Agriculture-Scenic-Airport Approach to “PDC-DR-FF-AA”, Planned Development Commercial-Design Review-Floodway Fringe-Airport Approach and “A-SC-AA”, Agriculture-Scenic-Airport Approach. This ordinance will take effect on February 9, 2012. A certified copy of the full text of the adopted ordinance has been posted at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport.

NOES: Supervisor Rushing

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 11-22 of Crown Castle in accordance with Lake County Code to allow for the replacement of one existing equipment cabinet with two new cabinets, the removal of three existing antennae and the addition of six new antennae below the existing antennae on an existing 125 foot tall cellular antenna tower located at 1390 Scotts Valley Road, Lakeport, APN 015-004-18.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., December 29, 2011 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
