The City of Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a Variance to allow additional tenant identification signs on an existing free standing sign serving a shopping center in the C-2 Major Retail Zoning District.

The subject property is located at 355 Lakeport Boulevard and is further described as APN 025-521-42.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT 14-06 of Barbara Flynn in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a beer and wine bar with indoor amplified voice or music on property located at 16365 Highway 175, Suite B, Cobb, APN 013-035-37.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2014, at 9:30 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an ordinance adding Article VI to Chapter 18 of the Lake County Code imposing a transaction and use tax pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 7285.5 of one-half of one percent for the Lake County Water Quality, Aquatic Invasive Species, and Nuisance Aquatic Weed and Algae Programs and establishing an expenditure plan for the revenues generated.

This ordinance incorporates provisions requested by the Save the Lake Committee and conceptually approved by the Board of Supervisors to address the composition of Oversight Committee and options to implement the Aquatic Invasive Species Prevention Program. Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
