Barbara Flynn: Modification to minor use permit to allow beer and wine bar, amplified voice or music

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT 14-06 of Barbara Flynn in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a beer and wine bar with indoor amplified voice or music on property located at 16365 Highway 175, Suite B, Cobb, APN 013-035-37.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 13, 2014 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
