NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 14-01, proposing a parcel map to divide a  138.3 acre parcel into two parcels.

The project applicant is Gary Martinez.

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-03.

The project is located at 17575 E. State Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA, and further described as APN 006-012-85.

The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on July 24, 2014 at 9:05 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Notice of Public Hearing

LOWER LAKE, Calif. – Notice is Hereby Given that a Public Hearing will take place on July 9, 2014, to give members of the public an opportunity to give input prior to the Board taking formal action to approve the use of Redevelopment funds for the purchase and site work necessary for the installation of a Modular Classroom at Burns Valley School prior to the Board taking formal action later in the meeting.

The public hearing will take place at 10:00 AM in the Carol McClung Center Board Room, at 9430-B Lake Street, Lower Lake, CA 95457-0759.
