NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the replacement of the existing bridge over Manning Creek at Mathews Road.
The project applicant is the Lake County Public Works Department.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of General Plan Conformity Report GPC 11-18 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 11–27.
The project site is located approximately 0.1 miles south of State Highway 175, approximately 3 miles south of Lakeport, in the vicinity of APNs 007-003-47, 008-020-16, and 008-020-45.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA thirty (30) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on August 28, 2014 at 9:05 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT 14-05 of Eric Dibble in accordance with Lake County Code to add automobile sales to already existing auto body repair and dismantling business located at 3578 North Main Street, Kelseyville, APN 008-063-17.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 14-04 of Jessica Elliott in accordance with Lake County Code to permit an existing six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback and along the edge of the pavement of Seigler Springs North Road located at 9421 Diamond Dust Trail, Kelseyville, APN 011-062-06.
