NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND COMPLEX GRADING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a Complex Grading Permit (GR13-046) allowing construction of a 4WD trail on property located at 3005 State Hwy 20 Upper Lake, CA, APN 003-028-25.
The project applicant is Sandra Alvarez.
The Community Development Director will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-08.
The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration, all documents referenced in the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and proposed permit conditions are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will start on August 20, 2014 and end on September 10, 2014.

The Community Development Director will approve this Complex Grading Permit without a public hearing if no written request for a publig hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., September 10, 2014.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on Appeal AA 14-02, of Sid McCloud and Patti Lyndall.
The appellant is appealing the decision by the Planning Division and Lakebed Management to grant a permit to Donald and Suzanne Lindsey to allow replacement of an existing boat slip with a new electric lift under the existing sundeck and two new pilings landward of the sundeck to support two new personal watercraft lifts.

LOWER LAKE, Calif. – Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees for the Konocti Unified School District will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. to allow members of the public an opportunity to give input regarding the EPA (Education Protection Account) prior to considering adoption of the 2014-15 Resolution and Expenditure Plan.
