NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the replacement of the existing bridge over Highland Creek at Highland Springs Road. 

The project applicant is the Lake County Public Works Department. 

The Planning Commission will consider approval of General Plan Conformity Report GPC 11-20 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 11–29. 

The project site is located approximately 4.4 miles southwest of Bell Hill Road, approximately 6 miles southwest of Kelseyville, APN 007-006-24. 

The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on October 23, 2014 at 9:10 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 13-21) and GRADING PERMIT (GR 13-027) for the construction of a 24.7 acre-foot pond on 3.5 acres of existing agricultural lands, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13–22. 

The project applicant is Six Sigma Ranch & Winery. 

The project site is located at 13372 Spruce Grove Road, Lower Lake, CA; APNs 012-012-19 & 69. 

The proposed minor use permit, grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration, are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. 

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on September 20, 2014 and end on October 8, 2014.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application GPAP 14-02 and Rezone RZ 14-01 proposing a general plan amendment of approximately 0.10 acres from Low Density Residential and Rural Residential to Low Density Residential and a rezone from “R1” Single-Family Residential and “RR-SOS” Rural Residential—Substandard Older Subdivision to “R1” Single-Family Residential.
