NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for GEYSERS POWER COMPANY, LLC., on Minor Modification to Use Permit applications MMU 15-02 & 03, proposing to construct an above ground pipeline corridor approximately 2,626 feet in length, and will connect West Ford Flat Steam Field to an existing pipeline that serves the Calistoga Steam Field located at 10350 Socrates Mine Road, Middletown, CA, further described as APNs 013-004-15 & 013-005-07. 

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 15-01) and will be available for review starting May 22, 2015 at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available starting June 1, 2015. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on June 11, 2015 at 9:20 AM; interested persons may attend and be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 15-01 proposing to subdivide an existing approximately four and one-third acre lot,  owned by Shortgame Club LLC, into two parcels  at 1235 Mountview Drive, Lakeport CA, APN 015-004-19. Parcel one would be 2.26 acres in size, while parcel two would be 2.07 acres.

The project applicant is Wayne Ahlstrom. 

The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 15-07, available May 21, 2015.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, MAY 19, AT 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to consider the proposed ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF LAKE PERTAINING TO AGE LIMITS FOR INSTALLATION OF USED MANUFACTURED HOMES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

This ordinance will adjust the age limit for installation of used manufactured homes to ten years on private property in the unincorporated areas of the county. The current ordinance provisions allow for 1976 or newer manufactured homes to be installed in the County.

The Board of Supervisors will consider the Planning Commission recommendation that this project will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts and is exempt from CEQA.  The staff report are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse.
