NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-04 of David Brooks in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a Collector’s Permit to legalize two carport structures that are 1, 120 (28 ft. X 40 ft.)  square feet and 1,800 square feet (30 ft. X 60 ft.) located at 17421 Sendero Way, Lower Lake, APN 012-059-08.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 14-001) for the installation of a new 49-acre vineyard on two parcels totaling 290 acres, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–06.

The project applicant is Julie Candelario.

The project site is located at 17501 Ranch Road, Middletown, CA, APNs 013-063-15 and 013-062-12.

The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on April 23, 2015 and end on May 14, 2015. April 16 hearing on water and sewer services rates for Clearlake Oaks County Water District

CLEARLAKE OAKS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
SUMMARY OF PROPOSE ORDINANCE
AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


SUMMARY: The ordinance would amend Water and Sewer Rate Ordinances 73, 74, and 75 to: (1) establish a base rate for water and sewer services for all customers with a District connection, and a tiered water usage rate; (2) 3% increase in rates for 2016, 2017, and 2018; and (3) annually, beginning July 2016 the Capital Improvement Account Fee will be increased by $2.00 for both water and sewer. These fees will be deposited in a separate CIP account.

A full copy of the ordinance may be obtained at the District’s administrative office during regular business hours at 12952 E. Hwy 20 Clearlake Oaks, or on the District’s Web site at www.clocwd.org .

PUBLIC HEARING: A public hearing will be held on April 16, 2015, at 4:00pm, at Live Oaks Senior Center 12519 Foothill Blvd in Clearlake Oaks and on April 24, 2015, at 10:00am, at 12952 E. Hwy 20 Clearlake Oaks, at which the Board of Directors will consider all comments, verbal and written, concerning the proposed ordinance.
