NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Administrative Appeal AA14-05 of the Community Development Director’s adoption of a MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION based on Initial Study IS 14–01 for GRADING PERMIT GR 14-002 for Wild Diamond Vineyard LLC proposal to develop a 40-acre vineyard. 

The appellant is Julie A. Kreis.

The subject site is located at 15087 and 15807 Spruce Grove Road, Middletown, CA; APNs 013-060-10 and 013-006012-11.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-01 of Robert Ortiz in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a rear setback reduction from fifteen feet to eleven feet four inches and an amendment to the design standards to allow no eaves to construct a 24-foot by 50-foot metal building for the storage of automobiles and motorcycles.
