NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UPX 14-01 requesting a five year time extension for an existing billboard sign that was approved by Use Permit UP 97-05.
The project applicant is Angelo LaMonica.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 97-21.
The project is located at 2560 State Highway 20, Nice, APN 201-040-02.
The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.
