Ordinance No. 3020: No-parking zone on Hartmann Road

COUNTY OF LAKE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ORDINANCE NO. 3020
 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF LAKE, ESTABLISHING A NO-PARKING ZONE ON HARTMANN ROAD, HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF LAKE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:    Subdivision (hh) is hereby added to Section 29.1 of Chapter 19 of the Lake County Code, and it shall read as follows:

"(hh)  On the west side of Hartmann Road, County Road No. 104, from the north edge of Coyote Valley Road to a point 90 feet north of the north edge of Coyote Valley Road.”

SECTION 2:    All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict and no further.

SECTION 3:    This Ordinance shall take effect on the 8th day of January 2015 and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage; it shall be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Lake.     

The foregoing ordinance was introduced before the Board of Supervisors on December 2, 2014, and passed by the following vote on December 9, 2014.

AYES: Supervisors Comstock, Smith, Farrington, Brown and Rushing

NOES: None

ABSENT OR NOT VOTING: None

Ordinance No. 3019: Amending provisions of county code establishing fees for Animal Care and Control services

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 3019

 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has  adopted Ordinance No. 3019, amending and adding certain fee provisions of Section 4.4 of Chapter 4 of the Lake County Code establishing fees for dog and cat licensing, redemptions and other services provided by Lake County Animal Care and Control. 

This ordinance will increase and/or add certain Animal Care and Control fees in the following categories: adoption and rescue/income qualified surgery fees (spay and neuter fees), kennel license/cat colony permit fees yearly, special services, and pet memorials.

This ordinance was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Comstock, Smith, Farrington, Brown and Rushing

NOES: None

ABSENT OR NOT VOTING: None

This ordinance will take effect on January 8, 2015.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE AMENDING SECTION 8-2 OF CHAPTER VIII, TRAFFIC, OF THE CLEARLAKE MUNICIPAL CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY, RELATING TO THE 2013 SPEED ZONE STUDY
(SUMMARY PUBLICATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council adopted Ordinance No. 172-2014 on December 22, 2014. 

The purpose of the Ordinance is to amend the municipal code to establish speed limits and directing appropriate signs giving notice thereof to be erected on the affected streets. 

The Ordinance was passed with affirmative vote of Mayor Loustalot, Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson, and Council Members Overton, Luiz, and Spittler.

The full text of the Ordinance is available for public review during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, Ca. 95422.
