NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the public hearing on an appeal to the Board of Supervisors (AB 15-02) of the Planning Commission’s decision to deny the Major Use Permit (UP 15-01, IS 15-03) and mitigated negative declaration to allow construction of a 9,100 sq. ft. Dollar General Store in Kelseyville presently scheduled for July 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. will be continued to August 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
The appellants are Cross Development, LLC The site is located at 4315 Douglas Street and 5505 Main Street, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APNs 008-710-50 & 51.
The staff report will be available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, ten (10) days before the hearing. The Planner processing this appeal is Michalyn DelValle, 707263-2221,
The public hearing will be in the Board of Supervisors Chamber in the Courthouse on August 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for Lake County Vector Control, on Use Permit application UP 15-09.
Lake County Vector Control is proposing to construct an approximately 6,615-square-foot metal building for the storage of vehicles, equipment, mosquito control products and a fabrication/maintenance shop located at 610 Todd Road, Lakeport, CA 95453, further described as APNs 005-045-11.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 15-15) and will be available for review starting July 1, 2015 at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available starting July 6, 2015.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on SD 14-01 proposing a Subdivision Map to divide ± 0.82 acres into two parcels.
The project applicant is Damon Fanucchi.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study IS 14-11, located at 15385 Stonefield Ct., Middletown, CA, APN 014-111-21.
