NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-12 of Charles Manning in accordance with Lake County Code to permit placement of a manufactured home as a hardship guesthouse on property located at 1115 Pitney Lane, Upper Lake, APN 004-005-13.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 9, 2015 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 15-03 requesting a two year time extension for a tentative subdivision map that was approved by Subdivision SD 05-03, RZ 05-04, DV 06-03. 

The project applicant is John Van Eck. 

The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-70.

The project is located at 3640 Lakeview Estates Drive, Kelseyville, APN 009-008-10. 

The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UPX 15-02 use permit time extension for existing geothermal steam field use permit UP 85-08, on property located at 6909 High Valley Road, Cobb, APN 013-002-51.
