NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 15-04 requesting a one year time extension for a tentative subdivision map that was approved by Merger and Re-Subdivision SD 05-04. The project applicant is Westamerica Bank.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-40.
The project is located at 6015 and 6850 Robin Hill Drive, Lakeport, APNs 004-029-28 & 60.
The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing. The Planner processing this application is Mireya G. Turner, (707) 263- 2221 or
The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on August 27, 2015 at 9:35 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2015, at 9:15 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING of a proposed amendment to urgency ordinance no. 3002 adopting emergency water conservation restrictions for County Service Area No. 18, Starview Water System.
Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-10 of J. Kumar Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 1000-gallon propane tank with dispenser, located at 7990 S State Hwy 29 (Kits Corner), Kelseyville, APN 009-023-04.
