J. Kumar Inc.: Minor use permit for propane tank

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-10 of J. Kumar Inc. in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 1000-gallon propane tank with dispenser, located at 7990 S State Hwy 29 (Kits Corner), Kelseyville, APN 009-023-04.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 12, 2015 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 19, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
