Richard Williams: Minor use permit for front yard setback reduction

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-08 of Richard Williams in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 25-percent reduction of the front yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet to construct a covered porch/entryway located at 9640 Carrie Lane, Kelseyville, CA APN 050-521-10.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 8, 2015 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
