Lake County Vector Control: Use permit for construction of metal building

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing for Lake County Vector Control, on Use Permit application UP 15-09.  

Lake County Vector Control is proposing to construct an approximately 6,615-square-foot metal building for the storage of vehicles, equipment, mosquito control products and a fabrication/maintenance shop located at 610 Todd Road, Lakeport, CA 95453, further described as APNs 005-045-11. 

The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 15-15) and will be available for review starting July 1, 2015 at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and the staff report will be available starting July 6, 2015.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on July 23 at 9:05 AM; interested persons may attend and be heard.  

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
