Shortgame Club LLC: Proposed subdivision of lot

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 15-01 proposing to subdivide an existing approximately four and one-third acre lot,  owned by Shortgame Club LLC, into two parcels  at 1235 Mountview Drive, Lakeport CA, APN 015-004-19. Parcel one would be 2.26 acres in size, while parcel two would be 2.07 acres.

The project applicant is Wayne Ahlstrom. 

The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 15-07, available May 21, 2015.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Courthouse on June 11, 2015, at 9:05 a.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. 

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission or Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
