Rick and Shannon Gunier: Minor use permit, mitigated negative declaration for converting building to tasting room, office

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-03 and a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 15-06 of Rick & Shannon Gunier in accordance with Lake County Code to permit conversion of an existing 1500 square foot metal building into a tasting room and office space on property located at 12100 & 12112 Highway 29, Lower Lake, APNs 122-360-02 & 08. 

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department at the Community Development Department, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on May 7, 2015 and end on May 28, 2015. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., May 28, 2015.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
