NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Modification (MMM 16-03) to Parcel Map (PM 84-09), and Categorical Exemption (CE 16-28) on Thursday August 23, 2018, 9:05 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-30) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 8, 2018 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday August 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
