NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Major Use Permit, UP 18-03 on Thursday, August 9, 2018, 9:05 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant/Owner: DAN RUSH.
Project: The applicant is requesting approval of a Major Use Permit pursuant to Article 42, Section 42.12 – Height Exceptions, General: “The maximum height limitation of this Article and Chapter may be exceeded upon securing a Major Use Permit.”
The applicant is proposing to construct a new single family residence that would exceed the maximum height limitation requirement of eighteen (18) feet pursuant to Article 34, Section 34.11(3). Location: 2724 Lakeshore Blvd, Lakeport, CA. APN: 028-151-20.

NOTICE OF:
LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider the approval of a cannabis infusion manufacturing business, Hummingbird Lane All Natural. The project applicant is Kimberely Chilcutt.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of: Use Permit (UP 18-03) to permit a cannabis manufacturing operation, without the use of volatile solvents, within an existing building located within the C-3, Service Commercial zoning district.
The project is located at 215 Peckham Court, Lakeport, and further described as APN 005-049-13.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Categorical Exemption (CE 18-08) per the California Environmental Quality Act.
The proposed application and plans are available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-001) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2018 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.
Owner: Porter 3G McIntire LLC. Project: In accordance with Chapter 30 of the Lake County Code to clear approximately 280 acres of native vegetation on five parcels totaling 643 acres to install vineyard block, upon (i) adoption of a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS17-27; and (ii) finding such grading permit consistent with the mitigation measures and conditions of approval from the Initial Study.
