NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-001) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2018 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

Project: In accordance with Chapter 30 of the Lake County Code to clear approximately 280 acres of native vegetation on five parcels totaling 643 acres to install vineyard block, upon (i) adoption of a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS17-27; and (ii) finding such grading permit consistent with the mitigation measures and conditions of approval from the Initial Study.
