NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use (Collector) Permit (MUP 18-26) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., August 1, 2018 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday August 8, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
Applicant/Owner: Chris Tulley. Proposed Project: Pursuant to County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.11(ak) and 50.4(a), approval of a collector’s permit to allow a 50 foot by 100 foot metal building that would be used for residential storage.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION:
DAM ROAD EXTENSION
Project location: Dam Road between Center Drive and 18th Avenue, Clearlake, Calif.
Project description: Construction of new public thoroughfare from Dam Road/Center
Drive intersection to 18th Avenue. Includes paved roadway, new guardrail, improvements to intersections and storm drainage system.
Project duration: The project is scheduled for construction July 30, 2018, to approximately Oct. 1, 2018.
Hours of construction: Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Traffic control: Traffic may be delayed during hours of construction.
Traffic controlled by flagmen and/ or construction traffic control devices and signage. Access to project site is off limits to public.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-016) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5 p.m., July 25, 2018 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 2 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.
Owners: LANGTRY FARMS, LLC.
Project: Construction of 670 acres of new vineyard in 13 blocks upon (i) finding such Grading Permit consistent with the mitigation monitoring and reporting program from the Guenoc Water Rights Modification Project environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared by the State Water Resources Control Board and certified as of March 2009 and (ii) finding that such Grading Permit does not result in any new substantial impacts not addressed by the EIR.
