NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Modification (MMM 16-03) to Parcel Map (PM 84-09), and Categorical Exemption (CE 16-28) on Thursday August 23, 2018, 9:05 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: EDWARD & STEPHANIE HAWKS.
Original Project: 5 lot parcel map. Approval of this modification would allow for two additional building envelopes on a ±31.63 acre parcel.
