DECLARATION AND MINOR USE PERMIT


LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a negative declaration based on INITIAL STUDY IS 08-12 for MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 08-13 for Kelseyville Wine Company Winery in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the expansion and operation of a winery with annual production of a maximum of 15,000 cases, a tasting room, and retail sales located at 5625, 5627 Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville and further described as APN 008-062-9 & 10. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available 20 days and the proposed conditions of approval will be available 10 days before adoption of a negative declaration and issuance of the minor use permit on July 15, 2008 from the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on MUP 08-15, proposing a minor use permit for the use of an existing 8,750 square foot building for the operation of a frame and auto body shop. The project applicant is Gene R. Schaffer. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-15. The project is located at 82 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA, and further described as APN 082-093-13.
