NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on an Administrative Appeal (AA 08-01) of the Community Development Departments determination to deny a building permit for a single-family dwelling on a rural residential zoned parcel already containing a legal non-conforming duplex. The appellants are Merle and Ruthann Loney. The project is located at 5140 Panorama Road, Lower Lake, CA and further described as APN 010-033-21.
