NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on an Administrative Appeal (AA 08-01) of the Community Development Departments determination to deny a building permit for a single-family dwelling on a rural residential zoned parcel already containing a legal non-conforming duplex.
