NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lakeport City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance No. 874 (2008) correcting/amending Section 17.24.110 of the Zoning ordinance to limit the maximum number of guest bedrooms in a Bed & Breakfast Inn to five on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application Minor Modification (MMU 08-03) to Use Permit to Mine (UPM 05-01) proposing the expansion of a sidehill hardrock quarry beyond Phase II based on the results of a groundwater hydrology analysis. The project applicant is Granite Construction Company. The Planning Commission will consider the previously approved Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 01-77).
