NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on an appeal of a Notice of Violation for grading without a permit on property located at 7255 Grande Vista Drive & 6925 Bergesen Drive, Kelseyville and further described as APNs 009-020-27 & 009-002-40. The owner of record is Henry Wells. The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department, in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, ten (10) days before the hearing.
