NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application Minor Modification (MMM 08-01) to Clear Lake Riviera Unit No. 4 Subdivision Map proposing to remove an 80 foot building setback line established on the original subdivision map. The project applicants are Bob and Linda Harvey. The project is located at 9750, 9760, 9770, 9780 & 9790 Broadmoor Way, and 9807, 9781 & 9795 Point Lakeview Road, Kelseyville and further described as APNs 043-551-06, 07, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 47.
