The Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a Use Permit to allow the operation of a Bed & Breakfast Inn without food service in an R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District. The Planning Commission was unable to reach a decision on this matter, and the application will be considered by the Lakeport City Council, in accordance with Section 17.31.050 A. of the Lakeport Municipal Code.
